A beautiful apartment on the 7th floor of an elegant building in a safe and central neighborhood in Milan. A contemporary and tasteful design, a careful selection of furniture, and a range of high quality products. The unit is provided with everything you need for a wonderful stay, and is expertly organized to create distinct living, kitchen, and night areas.
The building is fitted out with two elevators, a main one, and a service one. The doors don't require any keys to get in - they all open with personal access codes shared after checking in. The aparment is a statement of Italian excellence, and is designed to welcome those guests looking for an actual Smart Home experience in a completely furnished and stocked environment.
A comfortable and functional unit, welcoming its guests and making them immediately feel at home, thanks to its wide range of furniture, connectivity services, domotics, and advanced technology: ultra-fast Internet and WiFi, USB-C plugs, light scenes controls, self checkin and checkout, as well as a Virtual Concierge that allows access to our partners' selected services and experiences. Smart Frigo® and Smart Box® are filled with Food & Drink and a variety of other quality products, available for immediate purchase and usage through an intuitive Pay-per-Use system.
The living area, completed with a chair-and-table design set, is spacious and well-lit. It also includes a working station provided with a connected printer. The sofa turns into a queen size bed, and faces a 55" Smart TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and a variety of other paid TV services, for all your home theater needs.
The kitchen is a modern and elegant environment, furnished with a complete set of masterchef-grade appliances: induction stovetop, microwave, Nespresso machine with a selecton of coffee pods, toaster, and juicer. Everything you need to prepare an indulgent breakfast, a quick lunch, or a romantic dinner, that you can taste while enjoying the panoramic view over the city.
The night area is designed to ensure the most fulfilling of sleeps - it is furnished with a king-size bed, a confortable 30cm top quality mattress, a topper, and a wide selection of pillows. While resting on the bed, you can enjoy your favourite shows on a 65" Smart TV.
The bathroom is an example of Italian style. It is a functional and luxurious environment equipped with all you need for maximum relax, including a shower with a 120cm base, a wide sink, and high quality taps and fittings. Furthermore, the apartment will always be provided with a first aid kit, bed & bathroom linens, beauty products, and housekeeping articles. Maximum cleanliness guaranteed.
The apartment is built and managed with sustainability and the environment in mind: it is furnished with all the necessary recycling trash containers, and none of the products provided contain plastics.

Via Melchiorre Gioia 55 is in the heart of Milan, next to the Sant'Agostino Basilica, and strategically positioned between the Central Station, Porta Nuova, and the new Isola neighborhood.
The important urban and architectural development works that have interested this area in recent years contributed to transform it into one of the most contemporary and fashion-oriented in the whole city.
The apartment is located near a well-lit and central area, safe to navigate during both the day and the night. It is also well connected through public transport.
This accommodation is truly the best solution if you want to spend your stay a few minutes walk away from the city's main attraction.
Furthermore, it is close to a variety of essential services, including: taxi stops, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a beauty salon, a laundrette, restaurants, cafés, and cigarette resellers. If you have a car, you leave it in a guarded parking lot or in one of the blue-line parking spots in the streets. Both are available for a fee.
The Sondrio station of Metro Line 3 (or the "Yellow Line") is but 2 minutes away on foot, and you can use it to travel to some of the most famous destinations across the city, like Via Montenapoleone (8 mins) or Piazza Duomo (10 mins).
Walking for 5 minutes brings you to the Centrale metro station, where you can board Lines 2 and 3, or to the Gioia metro station, along Line 2 (the "Green Line").
Central Station is also a key transportation hub, allowing you to hop on trams, buses, and trains, including connections for the Linate, Orio al Serio, and Malpensa airports, the San Siro stadium, and the Rho Fiera expo areas.
10 minutes away on foot you can find some of Milan's most iconic buildings, like Bosco Verticale ("Vertical Forest"), and Gae Aulenti square.
5 minutes more is all you need to reach Corso Como, a place of worship for all shopping and partying lovers, or the Isola neighborhood, famous for its restaurants and its bars.

CHECK-IN CHOICE
After booking, you can specify your preferred Check-In method on the website: online or in-person.
Personal data collected before Check-In is used solely for legally required communications and is then deleted.

You can do this at any time after booking. Using digital onboarding, you upload a photo of your identification document and complete facial recognition via a selfie. Once your identity is validated, access codes are sent immediately.
in-person check-in
In-person Check-In is only available on the day of arrival, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You can do this by visiting the Host's office, which is a five-minute walk from the apartment. Access codes are sent upon completion.
